Gun Facts: Heller media brief now available

Guy Smith, the author of "Gun Facts", has compiled a handy reference guide to the landmark Heller vs. DC case coming up soon before the SCOTUS. A must read.

A while back I asked everyone on the Gun Facts list if we should create a media briefing book about the pending Supreme Court handgun ban case (D.C. vs. Heller). The overwhelming consensus was "hell yes."
That brief is now complete, and printed copies has been mailed to over 200 reporters in major metro newspapers and television stations. My thanks to the volunteers who helped research, edit, and proof the book. But a huge thanks to many generous people who donated money to get the books printed and into the mail.
Two action items for everyone in the U.S.
1) Grab an electronic copy of the brief for yourself, which is now available on the Gun Facts home page (http://www.GunFacts.info).
2) Send a copy of the brief to reporters in your area. Focus on reporters who cover law, courts, and crime beats. Don't send it to editors (they may try to control reporting on the case if they know reporters in their newsrooms are reading this brief).
Oral arguments on Heller are scheduled for mid-March, so get busy influencing the media.

Heller is such an important case. I really really want DC to lose on this. If the criminals who run DC lose, PEOPLE WIN!
Their belief in the benevolence of the federal government is well evidenced.

Around here, every other car has one of these stickers. MB for Myrtle Beach, HH for Hilton Head, etc. I like the 2A idea myself.

I’m waiting for the gun free zone laws to be applied to homeschooling parents. Now that would cause pure trouble.

I have both the RKBA and “Peace through superior firepower” stickers on my truck.
Pete’s good people. He even has Infidel t-shirts if you are interested.
I assume they hold up well in weather.
So far. I’ve had mine on there for about 5 years now. First 4 in Texas heat, the last year in Minnesota cold.
If they do rule like that, then it’ll be war. Scares the hell out of me but .gov seems to really want a scrap. Hope they realize that there is a LOT at stake but hell, I’m just going to sit back and watch. I’ll only get involved if they try to take my guns, harm my family, or me.
