I go for the ‘Doesn’t need CPR, BS checks or his pills at 8” look.
“Consciousness has come to be seen as this relatively weak driver, riding atop an organ, the brain, it scarcely understands.”
I agree...Therefore, better if you are unconscious...
Darn, there i go again being Conscious....All i know is: good looks and good personality, compatibility, with some brains and good conversation thrown in, makes for a good relationship...why try to reduce this to some neurotransmitter equation like E-MC2 + Phenomes ?....what ??
PS, Meloni is another ‘Good Guy, Good Hubby, Good Daddy” kinda fella.
Good points. They all need their laundry done, though.
I agree,
add in not needing blood pressure checks every 4 hours and we have a chance at a meaningful relationship.
I’ve met him!
I swear to goodness,
my absolute FAVORITE part of a guy is his obliques....just visually following them>>>>>
I think body language and "default" facial expressions have a lot to do with attractiveness. Sure, smiling is one thing, but someone who has an "easy smile" is more attractive than someone who really has to work at smiling.
I remember one movie where there was a young male actor who I didn't recognize. I was watching it on DVD, so I went to the extra features, and in the behind the scenes footage, I recognized him. He was the type who always had a mean expression, but in this movie, he purposefully made himself look more vulnerable. He looked like a completely different person.
Also, there was a 20/20 a while back where they had a "body language expert" coach a woman on how to attract men. To test it, they put a hidden camera in a bar and sat her next to a professional model, who didn't do the body language techniques. The less attractive woman had 5 or 6 men surrounding her while the other woman had none. It was an amazing difference, and showed how our actions make us approachable or not.
HYPERVENTING HERE!
What’s he like? (and if he’s a stinker, just don’t tell me).
True...but the Spartan look considerably cuts down on laundry...
I think Gerard Butler is perhaps the most attractive man in movies right now (Christian Bale is another, to my taste), but I like him better when he isn’t *quite* so buffed out. That’s a little much...
Oh yesssssssss
Pretty men ping, Sta.
His eyes remind me of Sam Neill, but I can't find a good picture of Neill for comparison.
“Ah, yes. The “fate” thing can really entrap the brain. Don’t I know it.”
Yeah. And it was really bad when we used to read Linda whats-her-name’s “Love Signs” and do numerology and all that stuff, trying to talk ourselves in to adoring someone when it was really just appetite. I do love being a grown-up!
so many words with so little to say
It was last year in Old Town Alexandria, VA - he is hotter in person and loads of fun. He was with a bunch of old friends doing lots of shots, lol. And nope, not a stinker, a gentleman.
HA!
They’d better hire a maid if they want laundry done.
I do mine once per season.
“The secret of sexual attraction has long mystified those held in its throes, but it perplexes scientists and academics too”
Sue shall I add you to the new hunkalicious ping?
Cover-up. ;)
