The Clinton campaign is trying to halt the airing of Pace Picante Sauce TV ads until delegates have been chosen in the state of Texas. Anonymous Hillary campaign source has been quoted saying " It's driving Hillary Nuts, every time she puts on the TV to see how well she is doing in the polls in Guam, she is bombarded by Pace Picante commercials. It is not fair for a food company to ruthlessly run negative ads against the next president of the United States."

Here is a sample of the ad that is unfairly influencing Hillary;

Funny analogy. I guess Pace dropped the “get a rope” line to be more racially sensitive to this particular campaign.

Funny thing about that ad campaign: They had to drop it when the company was bought out by another from, you guessed it, New York City.

Now I look racially insensitive, unintentionally.

Pace was pretty good stuff when it was made down in Donna, Texas. It went "south" when the folks from up "north" bought it out. You want good salsa now.....make your own.

Actually, Campbell's Soup Company is headquartered in an even worse place -- Camden, NJ.

Of course they did...everyone knows that Blacks were the only people ever hung in the United States...

Flag burning = Freedom of speech, protected by the 1st Amendment

Displaying a noose = Hate speech, not protected by the 1st Amendment, punishable by death penalty in the near future.

Kind of like when Budweiser bought Rolling Rock and moved production to NJ. Just not right!!
Rolling Rock has a special place in my heart, first beer I ever got drunk on! Goood Times, Goooood Times!

The passage of the local beers is an American tragedy.

Rolling Rock from Latrobe, Pa.

Dubuque Star from Dubuque, Ia.

Point from Stevens Point, Wi.

Pearl from San Antonio, Tx.

Olympia from Olympia, Wa.

Muhlenberg from Kansas City, Mo.

Ballentine from Baltimore, Md.

At least Shiner from Shiner, Tx is still going strong (though it's owned by a Mexican brewer).

Pearl was the only beer I ever sent back.

Pearl was an acquired taste.

In the industry, there are bitter beers (e.g., Budweiser), sweet beers (e.g., Schlitz) and sour beers (one of which was Pearl).

I won a couple of hundred dollars in Texas bars correctly identifying the three in blind tests.
