One parent, two parents, three parents or ten parents, these embryos are human beings just like you and I.

The embryos grew normally till the fifth day, after which they were terminated."Terminated" is so much easier to say than "murdered."

Three parents?
They’ve created another Chelsea Clinton?

...creating a human embryo from three parents, two women and a man. Why would you want to do something like this? My take is that it will improve families' chances of affording the college tuition rates of tomorrow. The Ivy League schools will probably start subsidizing this research to assure themselves of a new generation of students.

This sounds like they are only using the healthy woman's cell as a carrier, and that none of the actual chromosomes come from her. I believe, though it's hard to understand, that this AS USED IN THIS ARTICLE is not cloning nor is it any "weirder" that a donated heart or kidney. I am very sad though that they made these babies, children ONLY of the two parents who wanted them, and then killed them. Heartbreaking.
