I assure you, and I served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam era, if McCain heads up the GOP ticket, I won't be voting.
McCain is a hot dog, a loose cannon, and a RINO.

That’s what I’ve been saying! The prospect of a McCain nomination leaves me with only one thing I can feel comfortable with........
4 years of carter got us 8 years of reagan. Thus, a D must win in 2008.

Here's a clue. The GOP has deserted the base and the next president will be a democrat. With a little luck the GOP will get a clue and run a conservative next time.
