Numbers USA's Roy Becks is also looking at the Huckster with a very skeptical eye.

It is once again looking like immigration will hand the election to Democrats as it did in 2006.
I think this hysteria is fairly ridiculous.

Gilchrist did whatever he did....
But Huckabee set the record straignt, that very day.
BTW, Huckabee never took back that he would like the anchor baby interpretation revisited — only that he would push for an Amendment.
Score one for Huckabee’s campaign, setting the record straight.

Does Huckabee or Gilchrist have anything to do with The Minuteman any longer? I thought that The Minuteman got rid of Gilchrist a while ago and never had anything to do with Huckabee.

How can one even gauge Huckabee? He once used Liberation Theology rhetoric to castigate anyone who opposed illegal immigration. He loved La Raza and called conservatives racists for trying to enforce the law. Now he is proposing the most strict anti-illegal immigration platform of all. Yet in the New Hampshire debate, there he was again using La Raza talking points about those "in the shadows".
How can you judge someone who is so utterly inconsistent and unbelievable?
