That could put me an a bad spot, if true.
If Huckabee wins the nomination (unlikely, but possible) I was thinking of voting Constitution Party. But if they run the nazi, then it looks like I have to vote for the Hapless Hick from Hope.

If true, this should be good for the republican candidate as a consensus of Paul haters here say his support comes from left wing, George Soros/Moveon moonbats.

Politics sure does make strange bed fellows. I can’t wait to see who will unify with whom next to better their chances to moveon up to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

‘ModernConservative.com has received a tip from a reliable source that may have election-shattering implications.’
Couple of points.
1. This isn’t surprising to anyone with an interest in politics. IN fact its been predicted for months now.
2. Ron Paul is a fringe candidate as the polls demonstrate, so its hardly ‘election shattering’.
3. Modernconservative should change its name to something more accurate, like ‘1780 conservative’.

Paul attracts moonbats, left and right. I doubt he will have the Perot effect and if he does it will take more from the dems than the pubs.

He might do it in the end, but on the other hand, I’m sure that this particular story is merely a plant by anti-Paul forces, intended to weaken his support in the GOP primaries.

That’d be good in a way in that more could see what a parasite on the GOP body he was, and hopefully he’ll draw off fewer conservative votes in the primaries. Bad in that he’ll hurt reality by not accepting it; but then, he’s Libertarian, and therefore OK with that.
