Well that sounds fair. Nominally, whenever I’m flying other passengers are grumpy and tired, and I’m flight attendents get tired of it. But if more passengers were to be feeling gay and display their feelings the flight would be more enjoyable, and everyone would certainly most have a gay old time flying.

My sister-in-law is a realtor, and she once had a house to sell that she thought would appeal to gay buyers, so she placed a simple, completely professional real estate classified ad in the local gay-oriented news weekly. A few days later, she started receiving so much gay porn spam in her mailbox, she had to change her email address to escape it.

The catch is that they will give the discount to anyone, just so you are going to those special events listed for LBTG people. They would say that a normal (:straight”) person is welcome to go, too.
It does not make me interested in flying that airline, however.
Please don’t lie or distort in your posts, it makes us all look bad and perpetuates the Wiki stereotype of a FReeper. The 10% discount to NYC, code EC06607 is available to everyone and linked to from several locations on the Alaska Air website. You just happened to link to from the gay travel page. Don’t make false claims that straight people are expected to pay full price when it’s obviously untrue.
Now if you want to question why Alaska Air feels the need to have a gay travel page, have at it. I can’t figure that bit out myself. However, don’t make things appear worse than they are solely for effect.
Well I guess a lot of interior decorators, hair stylists and Broadway chorus boys are going to be flying with Alaska Airlines.
For 10% off airfare, I can be as gay as the day is long. Until such time as verifiable proof is required.
At that point, the only thing coming out of my pants will be my wallet.
