Frankly, the Republicans have been absolute morons about this. Kosovo may have been the worst thing clinton ever did during his 8 years in office, and they have not said ONE WORD about it.
So hillary is in a perfect position to blame the whole thing on Bush. And what can he say now, since earlier he said that an independent Kosovo would be a good thing? And since he never has even suggested that clinton left him a filthy mess of Muslim terrorists in Bosnia and Kosovo?
Western policy abou Islam (and not just reacent, but for past 300 years) was idiotical.
Id like to compare it with first “Alien” movie:
1. Strange SOS signal from unknown planet
- Lets go see it!
2. We found strane looking Alien ship.
- Lets go in!
3. Onboard the ship we found strane alien eggs
- Ill put my face close to it to look, its openng!
4. Alien jumps to face of an one of our astronauts.
- Lets screw security measures and bring it onboard our ship!
5. Alien burst out of astronauts stomack killing him
- Halleluyah! We have found new lifeform!
6. Alien grows up and starts killing us.
- It is in his nature, its natural.
7. Alien is in killing spree.
- Lets find some victimes to feed him with!
8. Alien have killed evryone onboard.
- We gie hin another ship and another crew to appease him.
What I find fascinating about the two conflicts...the Bosnia war and the Kosovo war...is that no studio has attempted any movie on either. There are major political and media games that were played out...thousands dead...and no one wants to tell any part of either conflict. You don’t even see HBO doing a documentary on the wars...telling the story.
