The Democrats Ethical Midgets (Democrat President Candidates Don't Appreciate The Troops Alert)
Worldnetdaily.com ^ | 11/23/2007 | Melanie Morgan

The Democratic presidential candidates had the perfect opportunity this week to demonstrate sincerity in their "we really do support the troops, we just want them to Columnlose" positioning. It would of course be more appropriate to say you support the troops and therefore want them to achieve success in their missions, but these are Democrats we're talking about – and remember they weren't too supportive of victory for the U.S. military during the Cold War or Vietnam War, either.

In Cambridge, Mass., city officials banned the Boy Scouts from conducting a troop care package drive – they went so far as to confiscate and lock up the Boy Scouts' care package bins. The Boy Scouts say that they are not commenting one way or the other either in favor or opposition to the war effort itself; they just want to support American troops at a time when they are far from families and their homes during the holiday season.

So what did Hillary Clinton say about these actions against our troops?

(crickets chirping)

Hmmm … checking Lexis-Nexis reveals that the ice queen said absolutely nothing about this attack on the men and women serving this nation, nor did Barack Obama, John Edwards, Dennis Kucinich or any of the rest of that sorry lot seeking the Democratic presidential nomination.

There is good reason for their silence. Despite their protestations to the contrary, the Democratic presidential candidates and their anti-military activist base do not appreciate the service and sacrifice of U.S. military personnel.

They see the military as an agent of violence, force and aggression, and they abhor and look down upon the people who sign up to serve this nation. Just as John Kerry thought they were "stupid," today's Democratic leaders really do believe our troops are the bad guys.

The Democratic presidential candidates can't be counted to stand up for the troops. They do everything to show they don't appreciate them. And the American people are taking notice.

Think, Todays’ democratic leaders are communists, and their actions explain it all.

“They see the military as an agent of violence, force and aggression, and they abhor and look down upon the people who sign up to serve this nation.”

I hope even the most clueless dim will see the democratic candidates for what they are..anti-Military.

I know Her Tefloness has been untouchable, but MOST Americans love/respect our Military.

Let’s keep pounding this throughout 2008!!

Middle-class America will take the hit because the Dems don’t want to offend the far left. They will be needed come election time. The far left to the Dems is the equivalent of the far or evangelical Christian right to the GOP, so they believe. If G W Bush has sold out to the far Christian right then they have to sell out to the secular left. Crazy, eh!

Anyone know if it is better to give to the USO or to the organization in this article (or someplace else) to give something to the troops?

Why should the rat’s candidates be concerned about the troops? We’re not concerned about his side. This is a war. They are on the other side. What’s the point of saying this?
