He thinks he is trying to clean his house- by sweeping the poor up here- then Mexico doesn't have to deal with them and their issues. That way the rich can get richer instead of helping the poor or spending the money so Mexico can become a place where the poor could become middle class. That's the problem- we are standing in the way of Mexico's plan to eliminate the poor from their country. And if a few gangsters and other criminals happen to migrate our way- that's all good for them too.
