Upset were they? I'd like to see some overpaid government parasite come to my door upset. I'd show the SOB the meaning of upset.
It was some old retire folk who started telling me he was doing this for extra money. Needless to say the meeting did not last long.
In 2000 during the last Census Survey that we learned to not leave the gates open. I was up at the main barn when I heard my wife shouting from the South side of the property. I went racing down the hill to find some A—hole walking towards her with a clipboard in hand. She was telling him to turn around and get the “H” off the property. He kept on approaching her until he saw me haulin’ butt towards him. I told him to get his A$$ off the property and do it now. He tried to argue with me that he needed to fill out HIS forms. I told him I didn’t care a damned whit about HIS forms, and don’t make me say it again. He left.
Two weeks later my wife and myself were in the kitchen when somebody drove onto our driveway, parked and hit the horn. Wouldn’t stop. I went to see what was going on and it was a woman from the Census Bureau. She let up on the horn bit, and told me she had to fill out HER forms. I said Good Bye, went back into the house. She hit the horn again for about five minutes and finally left.
