Both of these clauses cannot be true. If it was truly priced at market value, it would have moved. Sellers just haven’t realized what the new market value really is.
It has shown, but nothing. It is not in like new shape but it is not a shack either. And I am very interested in it due to teh fact that it is the exact same floor plan as my house.
