I hope this is pursued vigorously and that Mr. Snyder is able to seize the Westboro compound.
The Phelps cult finances itself solely through the money they have won in their own long series of lawsuits - if Mr. Snyder is able to clean them out and take their illegal compound away, they'll be out on the street with no friends.

They will appeal but first, if his lawyer does his job, they will have to post a bond - hopefully, those psyeudo-Christians will go broke in the meantime. Meantime, if they go forward and do not post a bond, he will seize their “Church” and assets.
