Doc Savage at #63! top 100 conservatives.Savage wondering how Jindal ranks ahead of him, here's one possible explanation rather than affirmative action as Savage is claiming,
" When in doubt, we have leant towards those likely to be most influential in the future rather than those whose careers and impact lies in the past"
Savage bound to have a lot more to say once the 1-60 list gets posted in the next couple of days.
