CODEPINK, the anti-war protest group, literally got in Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice's face yesterday, with protester Desiree Fairooz screaming: "You've got the blood of millions of Iraqis on your hands," at the official during a hearing of the House Foreign Relations Committee.
It's arresting to see how close Fairooz was allowed to get to Rice. Fairooz actually had her red-painted hands on either side of Rice's head at one point. It's clear that if the woman had wanted to hurt Rice by throttling her, she could've easily done so right there in a congressional hearing room.

I cannot stand to hear about how the left is all about “peace”. Acts like that are not peaceful, in fact by definition, even if Rice was not touched, lunging at her is assault.
That is what I was thinking when I saw the picture of her up in Condi’s face in the picture today. Where was security? What were they thinking? She could have been assassinated. That photo was scary. The nut case was, and I am not exaggerating, six inches from her face.
Had this been a right-winger in Hillary’s face, the protester would already be serving time and the media would ride the story for weeks.
Don’t you need some sort of pass to get into Congressional hearings in the first place? If not, why not? If so, who gave this loon the pass?
I’m not a big fan of Condi any longer. That being said, the idea that a protester could approach someone this high up in our government leadership is shocking. The protester should spend some time in prison and the staff responsible for Condi’s safety should have their asses handed to them.
Where was the Secret Service? Very scary that she was able to get that close.

I caught the last clip of the video last night, but didn’t realize this witch got that close to Rice. Secret Service should have dropped her where she stood imo.

If the Dems in charge of the committee hearings don't bar the Pinkos NOW, we have to assume they are complicit in the protest.
I don’t think it is out of the ordinary for left wing dems to give passes to left wing loons.
I believe there was a similar case and that came out in the past year, but cannot recall exactly when.
The Code Pinkos should have been dealt with swiftly a long time ago.
They’ve actually provided material support to Iraqi “insurgents” fighting our soldiers and they’ve a long history of showing up to disrupt official business like this.
They’ve gotten in in the past via invitation by democrats.

My thoughts also - how close this hag got to Condi. I bet inside Condi wanted to deck that scrawny ugly mutt! How hard would it be onbad days not to haul off & just go off on someone like this “peace”nik!!! You’re right if someone got that close to Hillary they’d be shackled and hauled off for life!!
