Anyone who spends $27,000 on flowers has issues IMO.

Having just been married, I can say that the flowers are SUCH a racket. Regardless, I’m not going to tell her how to spend her money. She spent it with certain expectations. Both the florist and the bride were stupid for not having a written contract.
And the florist was REALLY dumb to ignore the repeated emails and requests for a refund of the centerpieces. Now instead of reimbursing $4k and having the whole affair be quiet, now he’s hit with a huge lawsuit and loss of reputation. The man’s an idiot.
My wife and I got married this past May. Paid $3500 for photos and video. Found out 2 weeks ago photographer went out of business and screwed so many other couples. Photo lab that has our stuff wants an additional $1700 to fulfill the order. This broad gets the wrong colored flowers and sues? Get a life. I have no memories what so ever and I am out $3500.
