Yep! The government is going to have to find another way to fund all those programs previously paid for by tobacco taxes when all the smokers either quit or use the black market.
Once they get everyone on some government socialized health care system,
if you have conditions and behaviors that adversely affect the system, they can and will be controlled.
You better quit smoking, lose weight, exercise, eat vegan, destroy your guns, etc, or you won’t be allowed to be treated.
