O.J. Simpson has been arrested in Las Vegas and will likely be charged on three counts -- conspiracy to commit armed robbery, armed robbery and armed robbery with a deadly weapon, according to CNN.

Nope, never saw that one, will look it up. I just thought we all needed a little laughter, even when the reality is that this is no laughing matter. Thank goodness we are just witnessing this, and not really affected by it in our daily lives. As OJ’s family must be. This will bring up a lot of emotional and publicity skeletons that I am sure they all wish would have just stayed buried. I do feel sorry for all who OJ’s behavior has affected. It is a terrible life for anyone - living with a Narcissist in the family.

QUESTION: Why did it take you less than four hours to return a verdict if you had all of that evidence?

MORAN: Well, sir, I'll tell you why. We've been sitting on this case for nine months. We've taken this case serious for nine months; we didn't take it serious for four hours, we've taken it serious for nine months. So, we had nine months to weigh the evidence. So we knew when we looked at the evidence in the jury room in deliberations ... we went over it again ... it didn't take us nine for months to figure it out. We're not that ignorant.

QUESTION: At what point did you make your mind?

MORAN: To be honest, after I listened to all the evidence, all the people that came to testify ... after all of that was over with ... that's when I came up with my decision. After I got deliberated ... in the back room, in jury deliberations.

Denise Brown was asked by Oprah if she (and her family) saw Nicole's kids. Denise answered she did (but seemed like not often...at least that was the impression I was left with). Denise also mentioned that both are grown up now and NOT living w/their 'dad' any more.

Imagine what they have been thru. Their mother murdered (by their father); their father being given custody of them (I never could understand that one); their mother's family publicly accusing their father of the crime (their only tie to their mother); their father publicly hating his kids' mothers' family. The race card thrown in for good measure...and on the heals of the 13th anniversary of their mom's death dad pens a novel giving the scenario of the crime 'if he did it.' And then gets his sorry a$$ arrested for something incredibly stupid. Wow. Those poor kids...

This will bring back memories of the Martha Stewart trial, wondering if there was any way she could get the death penalty. Not that insider trading could ever justify such a verdict. It was just a hope that something could get those stupid home-craft shows off the TV.
