And interestingly, both Hannity and Limbaugh played that stupid song “Glad to be an American” or whatever in the hell it’s called, over, and over, trying to stoke patriotic fervor in their idiot audiences.
Really, it was most fascist day of propaganda I’ve heard in my almost 60 years. Then, add in the rest of the MSM, stoking war with Iran, and pushing the Iraq war.....
These people are dangerous (understatement), and if they’re not careful, they are going to cause violent confrontations, as their wingnutters grab their rifles to get them some “liberuls”.

Sadly, I was thinking liberals I know would agree with his speech. I would like to think it would be a wake up call to the Rats that they sound like Osama, but sadly I think they’ll just agree.

You should follow the link and read the article which gives a more complete explanation of the dye job. Essentially, dye is forbidden to Muslims unless they are on ‘Jihad’. Then they can dye their beards to impress their enemies with their youth and vigor.

What fascinates me is that who-ever it is, he's wearing the same clothes...the background appears to be the same as is the desk. But try as I might, I cannot find a live video of the 2004 tape.
In my view, what the message doesn't contain is as significant as what it does. This is the first message from Osama to fail to contain a threat of belligerence, to fail to contain a call to jihad, and to fail to ask for more willing martyrs to join the fight. What it does contain is a thorough scolding of the American fifth column within. It's as if Osama sees the war in Iraq as a failure, and not only that, a failure in need of a scapegoat.
From the beginning we have ascribed more power to these people than they possess, is it possible we are mis-reading a fairly formal surrender here? I have said before there would be no formal surrender in this war, perhaps I was wrong.

There is definitely defeatism throughout the diatribe. It reminded me of the Una-bombers essay that was printed in the paper many years ago. Terrorists apparently thrive on defeatism. Do not believe there was an actual surrender there though. He is mostly claiming that the peaceniks within the west failed to stop the war in Iraq. Obviously he wants it stopped. The mujahadeen were successful eventually within Afghanistan against the Soviets. Bin Laden probably thinks that by fighting he will also eventually be successful against the US there again. Iraq however is a different story. The US presence is massive now and Osama simply does not have the assets to kick the US military out. The only way he could win in Iraq was if the US peaceniks forced a troop withdrawal. He is now acknowledging their failure. Apparently the fall back position is to try to convert as many moonbats as possible to Islam and hope that some of these will become mujahadeen (similar to the homegrowns recently arrested in Germany). The problem Osama has now is that he is trying to convert a bunch of illiterate sexual deviants to a religion that is 1,300 years old. Not gonna happen. We will however probably see quite a few Unabomber and McViegh clones pop up every now and then.

I want to know what is the Shar’ee ruling if I do this during an obligatory fast in the following two conditions (A) I am sure I have swallowed a small piece of hair (B) I may (i.e., not completely sure) have swallowed a piece of hair.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Swallowing of hair will not nullify the fast as human hair is not normally eaten nor considered as a form of nourishment.
In principle, something that is established will not be rendered invalid by doubt. Therefore, if you are doubtful regarding the hair going down your throat, you should ignore the doubt and consider the fast as valid. In this instance, even if you are confident that the hair went down, the fast will still be valid.

1. I would like to inquire whether Glory Brown Hennah and Glory Black hennah is permissible for men to use on their hair (beard, head)
2. Nowadays people are making hennah type mixture. They make it out of sugar and flour. They burn this two ingredients and make something like hennah. This is used by ladies on their nails. The colour is similar to hennah. It does not form layers on the nails. It is just like using hennah. Is it permissible to use this mixture? I will be very grateful for your assistance.

1. We do not have any info on the ingredients of the two products mentioned, thus, we cannot comment.
2. Pure black dye is not permissible. Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Ã�layhi Wasallam) said, “There will be people who will come later (in my Ummah) and apply black dye. They will not even smell the fragrance of paradise.” (Abu Daawood). However, it is permissible for a Mujaahid (warrior) to apply black dye in order to give the impression of being young. (Jawahirul Fiqh vol2 pg421)
To dye the hair any other colour besides black e.g. Mehndi or Katm (type of grass) is permissible. This was the practice of Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) and the Sahaaba (Radhiyallaahu Ánhum). (Jawahirul Fiqh vol2 pg421)
