Suspect rams agent's truck, injuring him
Arizona Daily Star ^ | August 28, 2007 | Dale Quinn

A U.S. Border Patrol agent's leg was injured when a suspected marijuana smuggler slammed into his patrol vehicle Sunday afternoon, officials said. In another incident Sunday night, unknown assailants fired on four agents near the Mexican border, they said. Officials also said three bodies have been recovered in the desert since Friday. The suspected smuggler, an illegal entrant, was arrested after evading Border Patrol agents for more than an hour, according to a U.S. Border Patrol press release. More than 1,100 pounds of marijuana were found in the stolen truck the man was driving. Agents in the Yuma Sector noticed the truck pulled off the side of a highway near Gila Bend about 1:30 p.m. and approached it. The truck sped away, forcing the agents to end the pursuit and contact other agents at the Ajo Border Patrol station in the Tucson Sector, according to the release. An Ajo agent spotted the truck parked in a wash and again approached it. The agent called for backup after noticing marijuana in the truck's bed before it again sped away. Another agent who responded saw the truck and was about to begin a search on foot when the truck emerged from his blind spot, striking his patrol vehicle and injuring him. The suspect was taken into custody after a pursuit on foot and a brief struggle. In the shooting incident, agents were patrolling near Lochiel, about 20 miles east of Nogales, about 10:30 p.m. Sunday when someone fired four shots at them, said Agent Sean King, a Tucson sector Border Patrol spokesman.

In separate incidents, 4 border agents fired on, 3 bodies found in desert..........

Please read the rest of the story. It is becoming more and more like a battle ground. And, Arizona is the 'war zone'.

Yorkie, this is terrible!! It does sound like a war zone. I figured it would get worse as the borders were tightened. When desperate, entitlement minded folks are deprived, they usually respond violently.

I look for the illegal demonstrations to get more violent as well. I already wonder if some of the crimes committed by crimaliens aren’t retribution for our not “welcoming” a new shamnesty.

“Neither the pickup trucks that approached the Border Patrol vehicles nor any shooter was found, King said.”

Sounds rather strange as BP helicoptors were there to assist the BP agents to get back their vehicles. Since when cannot a helicoptor pilot see the perpetrators and their pickup trucks?

BP and “shots fired”? Are we afraid...of Sutton?

Comment:

Any intelligent person need look no further than what is happening to Los Angeles to see what kind of country we would have if the illegals were completely in charge.

I was having a chat with a man who teaches out at one of the local prisons and he filled my ears with some real stories about these illegals.

He made the remark “that people who think that these people coming across the border to do jobs that Americans will not do are either ignorant or to stupid to understand the real problem of illegal immigration”.

Once the violence gets past the border you can bet your bippy that some of the cry baby liberals will be wanting to have protection.

But all this and more was going on before the Shamnesty Bill was canned. This isn’t anything new. Our BP Agents have been chased by Mexican Military, and shot at by them as well. Mexican Military have actually crossed the border and intimidated our people, then returned to Mexico and not a damned thing done about it, but if our people even missplace a bulldozer on the Mexican side by eleven feet while building a fence, all Hell breaks loose from our Government. It’s insane.

We need to flush the entire of the self serving of the Political scene in D.C., and replace them all with people that want to, and will represent “we the people”. The way it’s supposed to be per the Constitution.

I have a very good friend who’s husband was a cop here for over 20 years. He was forced into retirement because of an injury caused during an arrest. She told me he feels like his injury (so far two major surgeries) was a blessing from Above, because of the illegal invasion and the constant threat they perpetrate upon our police force.

Tomorrow, I am buying a gun (maybe two), a tazer and several cans of pepper spray. (For my own protection.)

By the way, guess just WHO got a royal red carpet treatment in terms of a meeting with the President of Mexico???!!

One guess.

<

Can anyone on Freeperland imagine "AIT" overstaying his or her visa in Japan, being deported once from Japan, coming back, holding out for a year in some facility underground in Tokyo, getting arrested and deported again from Japan (no charges/fines), and within one week of being kicked out of Japan, not only get on his schedulle, but get a sympathetic, private meeting with the President of the United States in D.C. in the Oval Office, to jointly criticize Japanese laws???? They are all corrupt from the President of Mexico on down.

They have utter and complete disdain for our sovereignty and our laws.

We ought to declare war on the bastards.

I know that is true, but what I was trying to say, and not saying very well, was that I’m afraid it will get even worse before it gets any better.

We have friends that live right on the Texas border and they report fairly regular forays by the regular Mexican Army, or their anti-drug paramilitary units, onto American soil. A couple of times our friends have taken cover because of the gun fire. I agree, this should never happen.

unreal - so the President of Mexico thinks it’s a good idea to meet 1-on-1 with a CRIMINAL who has openly flouted US laws, in order to help her in her campaign to continue to spit upon our nation and our laws.

As you say, it is completely unimaginable that any head of state would get involved in this way if the same fact pattern applied in another country. The sense of entitlement, greed, contempt, and disregard for US laws is pervasive in Mexico, from the damned President right on down.

It’s long past time to take a dramatic stand against all this crap. Seal the border and establish strict enforcement for living and working in this country. Oh, and for heaven’s sake end this madness about “birthright citizenship” that just invites millions of anchor babies. It should mean something to be a US citizen, something more than just a meal ticket......

IF we don't stop them and the traitors in DC grant any kind of amnesty, America is DOOMED!! We're going to have to declare war on the traitors too!

Elvira gets royal red carpet treatment from the President of Mexico.

After deportation, Elvira's first move was to address the Mexican legislature (where she criticized the United States).

It appears Elvira is trying to influence the measures or conduct of Mexico WRT disputes or controversies with the United States, and/or trying to defeat the measures of the United States in collusion with the Mexican government.

==========================

Elvira appears to have no visible means of support in Mexico. Is the Mexican government subsidizing her?

==================================================

We need to determine whether the illegal invaders are agents of foreign governments, and whether they should be prosecuted for undermining the US government.

=================================================

We know illegal invaders are sending as much as $50 billion US dollars per year back to their home countries. The money is gained from illegal employment ....and for all we know....from SS fraud, drug deals, tax evasion, ID theft, and other criminal activities.

Who in these foreign countries is getting a cut of the $50 billion?

It would be easy for the US government to trace monies from the point of departure at Western Union to determine whether WU is aiding in the hiding and conversion and transmission of the invaders illegal cash to legitimate funds............and who, on the other end, is receiving the monies.

ALL international WU money transfers need to be filtered and siezed as necessary to discern the money trail from the invaders on US soil, to Mexico, and Central and South American governments.

==================

We know our politicians are pandering idiots, sucking up to these invaders, sacrificung our safety and security for a few illegal votes. We demand politicians obey the constitution they were sworn to uphold. We demand they do something.

American citizens are losing their savings/homes/futures......while freeloading illegal invaders own homes in the countries they emanate from, have cash in the bank, and are riding the US gravy train, sponging-off hardworking US citizens.

=================================

BACKUP In June 2007, Representative Steve King introduced legislation that would prohibit Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi from traveling to Syria violated Logan's Law. The amendment was not adopted. The Logan Act is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. It was passed in 1799 and last amended in 1994. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.

The truck sped away, forcing the agents to end the pursuit...

That explains why we'll never stop illegals carrying out their criminal activities. Border patrol agents are only allowed to observe and hold those who willingly surrender.
