BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AP) - Lindsay Lohan has reached a plea deal on misdemeanor drunken driving and cocaine charges that calls for her to spend one day in jail and serve 10 days of community service.

Of all the teen queens gone bad, I like Lindsey the most.
I think if she had an intervention where she was to stay with a good, strong, family for a year her life could be saved. IMHO.

From what I read of the event and arrest, a good DUI attorney would get her off on the DUI. No P.C. for DUI? No subsequent VUCSA (cocaine) charge.
And I pretty sure she can hire a decent attorney.

This is hilarious. Calif law allows 1 day taken off for each day served, so technically, if she times it right she could be out in less than 12 hours.
