Please provide some explanatory info on this case.
I guess I am guilty of expecting people to all be up on this, sorry.
Cpl Pennington is the last Marine held in the brig at Camp Pendleton, California, who took a plea bargain in the Pendleton 8 case, Hamdania.
Rob testified at the remaining courts martials, including Sgt Hutchins, who is the ONLY one who got convicted.
The outrage here is, that if they committed the crime as accused, NO ONE would be ut of the brig now, they would all be there still.
