I don’t see a thread for this live presser for David Beckham’s announcement into the LA Galaxy. Are you guys watching? Tony Villar interjected himself into the mix and the crowd has been booing him! It’s so funny. BOOOOOOOOOO!! BOO! GET OFF THE STAGE! BOO!

I find the whole thing so ridiculous. They have Herbalife as a major sponsor, for crying out loud.
HDNet announcers were yakking about “Posh Spice” as she walked out. As much as I dislike her persona, you know what? Her name is Victoria. Mrs. Beckham, actually.
I just hate this whole circus — call me a purist.
