Obviously not THIS Christopher Titus!

Even if his TV character was a wild driving custom rodder.

I found this forum when trying to condense the amount of links about my wife’s accident back on June 28th. I am the husband of Jennifer Burroughs and was quite interested in hearing comments given by various “personalities” in this particular forum. I realize this is pushing 3 months after the original posts but today was the sentencing of Chris Titus, and figured those who were trying to predict the sentence would be curious to find out what happened. Two counts no sentence was given, four other counts were merged into two sentences of 6-12 months each, which he will be given credit for time served, the final count, the aggravated assault, he was sentenced to 3 - 6 years but if we qualifies for a “boot camp” he’ll serve 6 months to 1 year in boot camp at which point he will be released. All of this will be followed by 10 years probation. Seems like a pretty light sentence considering the impact will affect my wife and I for the remainder of our lives. I can’t say I expected more, I had 5-7 years in my head, but the boot camp possibility seems too easy. I’m all about trying to make him a productive member of society....so let’s hope if he does go to boot camp he does change his life for the better....and if he doesn’t the 10 years probation will give him ample time to screw up again and be sentenced to the statutory maximum of 43 years, which the judge promised he would serve.
