All this venom because the Court has refused to continue to allow some local governments to use skin color as an excuse to force some kids into inconvenient, remote, or undesirable schools? The more liberals I encounter, the less I think of them.

Those are the comments of sniffy, white liberal mice who truly believe that black kids are too stupid to learn unless they are sitting next to white kids. I think it best to simply continue to ignore the simpletons.

Look.... ask those fools if they would be happy if every government school in the country had exactly 12% blacks and they would grow wide-eyed and respond, “Why no! All schools should have 50% black kids!” The stupidity of these liberal cretins is malicious. I would stay away from them and everything they’re associated with. Just a suggestion....

Regards,
LH

I have never understood Affirmative Action.

Affirmative Action is giving someone an advantage based on their race, because it is wrong to give someone an advantage based on their race.

The socialist rhetoric is too clever by half. And that’s being kind.

Afirmative action is reverse discrimination.

This was a bad policy when it started - under Richard Nixon I believe, and outlived any conceivable usefulness.

American stands for judging people as individuals, not by the color of their skin. Isn;t that what blacaks wanted? Isn’t that what MLK was talking about?

This monstrous cross on the backs of every white man in the Country should be lifted, and the Supreme COurt decision doesn;t even go far enough, thanks to ANOTHER DAMN Kennedy!!! (What is it with the name Kennedy ANYWAY? Is it a congenital inability to view things through a normal lens?)

The more liberals I encounter, the less I think of them.

For thirty years liberal judges and politicians have used "racial balance" as a justification to destroy urban neighborhoods and the neighborhood school. While driving "White flight," as responsible parents seek to protect their children from substandard education by moving, it has been a devastating blow to the Black community which could not afford the same options, causing harm which will take decades to repair.

The people posting this hate-speech are the true racists, and they clearly want to continue to harm Black people.

Still crossing my fingers for a Monday retirement announcement.

With some luck, Stevens decides he no longer wants to wrestle with the 35 year younger Chief Justice. Or Souter decides to show the slightest bit of gratitude towards Bush 41 by letting 43 pick his successor, uses his recent senior status eligibility to collect a full paycheck, and disappears into New Hampshire before someone can steal his house.
