The information age has allowed Big Brother to become very strong. Soon we will be like the UK.
The Italian Government tried the same thing to collect commercial truck road use fees. Over 90% of truckers refused to join the program, and the lines for the cash only tollbooths were sometimes blocked up for hours during rush hours. The Italian government took almost 2 years to respond to the absolute revulsion the truckers of the country had towards the legislators.
