Is Carter still alive?
Its a guaranteed thing that Carter will side with them and chide the Bush administration over the situation. Carter can’t avoid taking opposite sides...if Hitler was detained and under threat for court action...Carter would readily defend the guy and want all charges dropped against him. It is Carters mental state...for well over 40 years. Even today....its hard to believe that a majority in the US were naive enough to elect the dimwit into office.
