... it can be argued that a vote of (no) confidence is a prohibited bill of attainder, given that it is a public chastisement (punishment) against an individual made in the name of the Senate, when the Senate has no such authorization. I would love to see this argued before the USSC. I would also love to be part of the class action suit which originated the case.

A few years ago, Walter Williams suggested that we pay them each a million bucks a year to STAY HOME.
At 535 million, it would be a bargain.
