The Rev. Jerry Falwell arrived at Lynchburg General Hospital today around noon after being found unresponsive in his office. Ron Godwin, the executive vice president of Liberty University, confirmed that Falwell was found unconscious in his office after missing an appointment this morning.
"I hope he burns in hell, because that's where he's going when he dies.
Falwell will never get any hint of sympathy from me, he's an evil man and honestly I'm not being hard enough on him in this post."

IIRC, AppyPappy is indeed a local who keep us posted with live updates during the VT shootings.
I suspect that Rev. Falwell is pretty confident of the outcome of that meeting with his Maker. My prayers are more for his family and friends who will miss him.
As one who is also confident of my place in eternity my only reluctance to get started is concern for my family.
You’ll need to take a bath after you leave that horrible place.
Oh my dear God in Heaven, please perform Your mighty miracle on this man, Your servant. Please restore him fully, his faculties intact, his bodily functions as You divinely designed them to be. I pray this in Your will, oh, Lord. Still I ask, please do not take this man from us, but allow him to continue to be a blessing to all who know him and know of him, Father. In Jesus’ Holy Name. I don’t know where you looked, this is on the rec. page with over 200 replies.
When you consider that he’s built Liberty University into a 10,000+-student institution, with very well-regarded academic departments (and not just in theology), in only 36 years? It’s an amazing accomplishment.
There’s going to be a lot of sadness on Candler’s Mountain tonight.
