FORT DIX, N.J. The three brothers being charged as part of the alleged Fort Dix terror plot may have been smuggled across the border, FOX News has learned. Dritan "Anthony" or "Tony" Duka, 28; Shain Duka, 26; and Eljvir "Elvis" Duka, 23, were in the United States illegally. Federal investigators were exploring whether they were smuggled into the country or entered as stowaways.
Because the three men entered the United States without inspection, there is no legal record of their entry.
The six being charged in the alleged plot Mohamad Ibrahim Shnewer, 22; Serdar Tatar, 23; Agron Abdullahu, 24; and the Duka brothers were ordered held without bail for a hearing Friday....
Four of the arrested men were born in the former Yugoslavia, one was born in Jordan and one came from Turkey, authorities said. Three were in the United States illegally; two had green cards allowing them to stay in this country permanently; and the sixth is a U.S. citizen.
Federal investigators are now checking whether the latter three lied on their immigration paperwork...
One drove a cab, three were roofers. Another worked at a 7-Eleven and a sixth at a supermarket. Their alleged plot to attack Fort Dix was foiled by another blue-collar worker: a video store clerk...
Weis said the U.S. is seeing a "brand-new form of terrorism," involving smaller, more loosely defined groups that may not be connected to Al Qaeda but are inspired by its ideology...
The restaurant's chef, Joseph Hofflinger, 35, quit after learning the owner was the father of one of the suspects.
"My son is in the 82nd Airborne," Hofflinger told ABC. "I won't work for a place that supports terrorism so I'm out."

The MSM won’t be able to ignore it, or downplay it now.

I guess it could be an adopted child, or a stepson. Who knows. He felt strongly enough about it to quit his job.
Have they shown pictures of these men? I haven’t seen any, just curious.
I fear that if this is true, it will REALLY hurt Pres Bush.
damn Mormon bastards!!!!!!
“The MSM wont be able to ignore it, or downplay it now.”
I used to think like that. Sadly, I now believe our anti-American media is capable of burying this issue in order not to spread what they deem as “racism” — cries over border security.
“The MSM wont be able to ignore it, or downplay it now.”
Sure they will. They’ll ignore it just like they will Obama’s flub about the number who died in Kansas or DI FI’s scandal with government contracting, Jefferson’s money in the freezer or most any other Democrat scandal.
There have just been those court drawings. They look like run- of-the-mill, scruffy rag heads with vermin-habitat beards.
Wanna bet?
I smell FIRING SQUAD!

Really?
Yesterday when this was all going down, CNN had news from Ireland as their main news of the day, while this was merely a sidebar. Today their main story was about a woman on Iraq’s death row.
Are any of these really the LEADING news items?
Red in Blue PA......reading CNN so you don’t have to;-)
We’ll know tonight. You both do have a point.
So what?

Wanna bet?”
Nope...(chuckle)

These people are imports by the Clinton administration from Kosovo.
The people were so grateful that they named their new place "The Village" in honor of Mrs. Clinton's book.
Evidently - they weren't pre-screedned before they were brought into the country.
Rush might have more on his site about this. He's citing lots of quotes from CNN about Mrs. Clinton. Her column was called 'Talking It Over'
Earlier reports said these three had been in the US for 12 years. That would have meant they were either teenagers or children when they got here, and that they went through the US school system. And nobody noticed that they didn’t have any legal documentation?
