That's exactly what the Dems want. Time is on their side, not the President's.

Just listen to this discussion Obey had on March 7, 2007 with a protester who wanted to end the war in the runup to this bill. Obey provided the exact strategy the Dems are now using. Obey tried to explain that the passage of this bill by Congress will end the war. The Dems want Bush to continue to veto the bill thereby stopping funding for the war.

I have problems with the term Immigration, it indicates that some sort of legality is associated with the Alien invasion.
