If fire can’t hurt the Man of STEEL, how can fire hurt REAL steel.

I often wondered about that as a kid. Why was it that in the opening of the Superman TV series, that the crook fired his gun at Superman, with the bullets bouncing off his chest, but when he ran out of bullets and threw the gun at Superman, he ducked?

Better yet, how does jumping up into the air and holding your arms out make you "fly". And thoses glasses sure were a good disguise. I'll bet no one could tell that Clark Kent was really Superman with those specs on. (smirk)
