The illegal was on his knees in front of the agent when he was shot, according to the coroner’s report.

My uncles didn't die fighting for America just to turn it over to Mexico!!

I just posted a similar sentence on another thread. And on another note, if it's not illegal to cross the border why is it illegal to shoot someone?

It seems that this country is being run by the Mexican Government. They complain and a Border patrol Agent has to be nailed to the cross.

I've noticed that before. Weird, isn't it?

And I forgot to add, shouldn't the BP's be awarded for (alleged) illegal behavior? I thought that's what government's into these days, rewarding lawbreakers.

Beats the hell of doing your job and spending the next 25 years in prison.

Think I will apply. Party for 20 years and sit back and watch them run the border.

From the smirk on Juan Hernandez what ever’s face every time they have him on Fox and other shows, I think you are correct.

Beats prison and the pension is not bad.

Doesn't mean he didn't have a rock.

Also, a ME's report is "probable" not conclusive.

“Why is Bush providing protection of UNLAWFUL criminal immigrants who try to enter the USofA via Mexico by prosecuting Border Agents who are doing their jobs?

Why is he touting an Amnesty Bill that will provide more Border Agents if he’s going to allow Border Agents to be prosecuted for doing their jobs?

****

Because it’s good business for multinational corporations who would benefit from the gradual elimination of national boundaries separating Canada, the US and Mexico. The Canamex concept is alive and well...

I'm so sick of America's first Mexican President, George W. Bush.

You and about 75% of the rest of America. We're sick of Bush and his Mexico-loving minions, including Gonzo the incompetent.

Again? Ok, we’ve got the message. Hands off illegals. Illegals are being given the key to the country. Welcome to the United States of Mexico.

The investigation was mishandled from the beginning, when investigators failed to separate the three witnesses and allowed Mexican Consulate officials to speak to them before they were interviewed, said Brandon Judd, vice president of the agents’ union, Local 2544.

That explains the matching stories from the three witnesses, Judd said.

Couple that with this.

His first statement, to the first Sheriff’s deputy on scene, was that he shot from his front bumper while the illegal was standing at the rear of the truck.

Only one spent cartridge was found, and it was lying just off the rear bumper.

I know one of the deputies who investigated the shooting. We served together in the Army. This was a bad shoot.

That video was shot in San Diego.

This article is about a shooting in Arizona.

The BP is dying. The agents are knocking each other down trying to get their resignations turned in.

It's sad, it used to be a great agency with a long waiting list to get hired. They had a great diversity of jobs (Beach Patrols, search and rescue, Harbor Patrol, Coast Guard and DEA assignments, Special Ops) but now, they are afraid to do their jobs.

I think it will get better when Bush is gone. Most conservatives wish they had not allowed Ross Peroit to split the party and cause H.W. Bush to lose to Clinton, but maybe things would have been better if Peroit would have been elected. He was right about the "big sucking noise coming from Mexico".

I voted for G.W. Bush 4 times, twice for governor and Twice for President. I have supported him completely on Iraq and the War on Terror, but I will be glad when he is gone because of his North American Union dream.

I hoped that Bush would "Remember the Alamo" because he was a Texan, but maybe Fred will run and then another Tennessean will come to rescue Texas.
