Latest State Police report at 1:15pm stated perp was an Asian male and he shot himself. FBI and ATF are on scene. They believe the perp MAY have had military or law enforcement training and cannot rule out terrorism (they actually said a link to Al Qaeda) since this was a massive school shooting. They noted in the report that schools are often the target of terrorism over seas.
Details are getting worse and worse.
I say it's a combination of weights, cardio, and diet that's going to do it for you. A diet with no exercise won't do squat. Your body gets used to getting no calories and tries to compensate, because it thinks it's starving.
Diets, by themselves never work and neither does occasional exercise without any change in your eating habits! If you have no motivation to get any exercise, chances are you'll never keep the weight off.
Rush is WRONG... You need some cardio!
The Virginia Tech shooting has disrupted Rush Limbaugh program for today, he is upset about this disruption and that is why he saying some very silly stuff today and uttering totally stupid statement like Hillary Clinton has 80% chance of being President when he was saying all along that her chances of being President are small. Do get me wrong, Rush Limbaugh is the best there is in talk radio and by far, he is right in the vast majority of what he said, but some days, specially when something interrupt his prepared program, he just utters very silly and wrong stuff. Today is one of these days.
All the more reason to get a true conservative as the Republican candidate. I don’t want a Male version of Hitlery with an R by his name, either.

My local station has taken off Rush today...they have gone to ABC news of the shooting.
Then, at the top of the hour...they will be going to Hannity...which they usually run on an hour delay.

Fred Thompson will be the Republican candidate. I think he is conservative enough. And yes, he will win the Presidency and in a relatively easy fashion compared to 2000 or 2004 in particular if the democrats are that stupid to nominate either Hillary Clinton or Barak Obama as their candidate.
Yeah, they got it wrong, but he's sticking up for them! I think weight training is good, I've lifted weights my whole life, but without running I'll bet I'd be as huge as a house with the amounts of food I've eaten!
Looks like Rush is into Rush today, like I said I bailed in the first hr., he was in a mood.

Gosh, I tuned in to Rush for 5 minutes and heard that Mrs. Bill Clinton has an 80% chance...I almost cried. Then I thought, well maybe Rush is just trying to give us a good wake up call.
The good news is that most people who watch American idol and reality shows do not vote. If Hillary Clinton or any of the democrat candidates want to run against the “right to bear arms” than let them do it, this will guarantee they will be crushed in the elections.
Rush is just having a bad day, and when he has a bad day he says stupid stuff.

I would hate to think that Rush would have been intimidated by it, I think he had a rough weekend and just isn’t focused. But what do I know.
