For LeBron’s sake, I hope he never has to sell this monstrosity. He will be lucky to get 60 cents on the dollar. The maintenance and utilities alone are probably 7 figures a year. Not a smart financial decision.
His $90,000,000 endorsement deal with Nike will take care of that until roughly the start of the next century. His $ 63,000,000 contract with the Cavs will also help.
