Posted: 13 minutes ago Updated: 8 minutes ago
Raleigh In what could signal a new development in the Duke lacrosse case, one of the three accused in the case was seen arriving at Raleigh-Durham International Airport Tuesday afternoon.
Reade Seligmann and his family, arrived just after 3 p.m. on an American Air flight from Newark, N.J. Seligmann had no comment.
The North Carolina Attorney General's Office has yet to announce whether it will proceed with the case against him, Collin Finnerty and David Evans.

Watch for an announcement tomorrow.
I hope the families of these boys have enough to go after Nifong in a civil suit - every state is different, of course, as to what counts can be brought against a prosecutor who wilfully and maliciously uses the powers of his office fraudulently. Since the Carolina Bar is also looking into this wretch, one can hope the families can go after him in civil court.
At the very least, they are owed a real, heartfelt apology from the prosecutor’s office. They were fodder for a re-election campaign - nothing more.
If I heard it correctly, the Attorney General’s office has notified the defense attorney to be prepared for an announcement tomorrow. Also, that the families would all be here, and they are optimistic of an announcement that will please them. Case dismissed tomorrow?
Well, here’s where we fold our lips, take a deep breath, exhale and put our game faces on. Prayers for all the families and justice.

So all this total B.S. today about Imus and not a word of apology will be forth coming I bet from the slimy NiFong or more important the Nappy or never mind! Point is they can say whatever and it’s ok because they are a minority - very double standard no?
I would think the defendants have grounds for a federal civil rights lawsuit against Nifong. He clearly abused his office, and under the color of authority persecuted the Duke players for political gain. At least I would like to see that avenue tried.
They’ll never get that apology. Nor will they ever get an apology from the “Gang of 88” and the feminist/racist organizations at Duke that had them tried, convicted, and hanged before they were even indicted.
Liberals never apologize. They just bury their atrocities like a cat buries a turd, and move on.

With all the attention focused on Imus, this is the perfect time to drop the charges. Jackson, Sharpton, and the other race ho's can't be in two places at once.
The "Gang of 87" should resign en masse.
This whole sordid case deserves its own mini-series.
Please G-D, let this case against the players be over and let the lawsuits against NiFong begin.
The interesting thing is that the ethics case is about Nifong’s statements to the media. As far as I know the state bar has yet to deal with his conspiracy to withold information favorable to the defense with regards to laboratory results showing no matching DNA.
So we can get back to something important..... like the Anna Nicole Smith paternity case. :)
Speaking of nappy headed ho’s.....
I believe the three are patiently awaiting the outcome of the NCBar and will lay the hatchet to Nifong once a clear breach of trust has been established and is on record. Once the NCBar is done and the immunity umbrella Nifong had as DA is gone, Mike is as good as cremated toast.
At least that’s what I’m expecting....
Or the latest foul mouthed utterance from Don Ipus.
