Bill Clinton has lashed out against an old ally, the New York Times, saying the paper wasn’t giving his wife Hillary "a fair shake.”
At a fund-raiser for Hillary on Tuesday night at the Trump World Tower in Manhattan, the former president spoke for two hours and devoted much of that time to attacking the Times, according to the New York Post.
WABC radio host Curtis Sliwa, one of the attendees, told the Post: "He said his wife wasn’t getting a fair shake from the Times.
"Clinton said the Times is attacking Hillary because she won’t apologize for her vote on the war in Iraq. The Times has always been super-supportive [of Hillary].”
Another attendee said: "He went into great detail criticizing the Times. He was really upset.”
Clinton noted that three years ago, Barack Obama was asked how he would have voted on the Iraq war if he’d been in Congress when military action was authorized.
"Obama said, ‘I’m not sure,’” said Sliwa.
"Clinton said the Times has a duty to report on Obama’s initial ambivalence.”

I have to think that while doing Hilary's bidding, Bill also knows he is stirring up trouble and people will be PO'd at her. He probably wants her to fail.

Plus you would think Hillary would not want Bill having to defend her like this. Makes her look weak. Not to mention he will just continue to overshadow her, and that can't be good for her campaign. Where are her feminazi friends btw screaming that no woman needs her man to defend her these days?
