Hubby and I were just talking, and he has come up with a great idea. Jeff Foxworthy needs to host a "special" edition of his new game show, "Are You Smarter than a Fifth grader?" He needs to invite all of the presidential candidates on the show. They will have to forego the money or give it to charity, but it will be a great test for these folks. He could do one for Republicans and one for Democrats. I would pay to watch this!!!!
Hope this passes the smell test with the MODS. I've never posted a vanity. (not that I can remember) And I wasn't sure what link to give it, so I gave it a link to my ABOUT page.
That show is so staged that even the "contestants" have an agent
Wouldn't work. Hillary would request the questions in advance.
Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee, on what celestial body did Neil Armstrong land in 1969?
Mars!
Wrong. You are vastly dumber than a fifth grader.
I liked the line in Ken Burns series on the Civil War, someone wrote their Congressman - Are you ALL drunk ALL of the time?
Ya. If it wasn't rigged, I'd pay to see that too.
I don't know. The first contestant actually had a degree from USC or UCLA. But degrees don't necessarily equate to smarts.
We were disappointed that we missed the show this week. Some of these folks have been soooooo dumb that I was reminded of them today when reading the Plame thread today.
Fifth grader? I am afraid that with politicians we have to start with house plants and we may or may not have to work our way to find the point at which they become competitive.
My wife called me over after she was watching last night's show for a while. One lady had trouble with the following (paraphrased):
"What country would you enter after crossing the northern U.S. border, leaving the U.S.?"
She peeked at the kid's answer just to make sure it was Canada.
Tonight they asked a woman where the headquarters for the UN was. She obviously did NOT know.
