100 miles - surprised you can't pick him up when the weather is right. He has the morning show on WSB. (And I'm not talking about Atlanta, TX.)

TO Quote Neal Boortz

"I think that homosexual sex is normal ... for homosexuals ... and thus is not by definition immoral. It is my firm belief that sexual orientation is a matter of genetics, not choice .. and that homosexuals are born that way. In other words ... God created them as homosexuals."

Guess this means, that since murder is normal for some, murder isn't immoral, since rape is normal for some, rape is not immoral. That is the logic of his opening statement.

Sexual Orientation is only genetic in that, you are physically designed for heterosexual Sex not homosexual Sex.
Homosexuality is a learned behavior. You learn it as part of abuse, or from Pornography. Homosexuals choose that life style, are embarrassed by it, so they claim God made them that way, so they can feel better about themselves.

Now, I am not a "God hates fags" person.
God Loves Sinners(OF which every person ever born is, homosexual or not), but hates their Sins. A person is more than the sum total of their actions.

Considering the Old Testament of the bible says to stone homosexuals, the New Testament or Christian command is much lighter, The Apostle Paul simply says not to associate with such persons. He doesn't say kill em, or other wise physically harm them, nor does he say to prevent them from working etc. He just says to stay away from them. It should be noted he was speaking of Homosexuals that claimed to be Christians when he wrote about that.

Personally, if I were Neal, I would stop insulting God, by saying He made them to be homosexual.

I don't think Neal approves of the homosexual agenda. Neal seems to be of the opinion what they do in private is their own business. He has mentioned this before that homosexuality is all about sexual choice. And he definitely doesn't approve of homosexuals trying to push their agenda in the schools...

And I feel the same way. I'm going to let God do the judging but I don't want to hear our teachers telling the kids about the joys of homosexuality...

I more or less agree with Boortz; in fact, Boortz is the only radio personality who hasn't said something I disagree with, at least while I'm listening to him live.

The reason I say "more or less" agree is that I don't believe homosexuality is genetic in all cases. I think some are the way they are due to childhood abuse or neglect. Either way, I certainly don't believe that people just up and start shagging their own sex simply because they choose to.

It is easy to spot the "genetic" homosexuals. Surely some of you folks have met a gay man or woman—a real flamer or butch dyke—who is obviously very different on a base level from your average straight guy or gal.

There was a guy I went to school with since kindergarten who definitely wasn't like us other boys. At a very young age, it wasn't a difference we—or even he—could have articulated, but by the time we reached high school it was obvious he was gay as gay can be. There is no doubt in my mind that this fellow was the way he was from the moment he slipped out of the womb.

Meh...the whole issue of homosexuality is one I really don't care about. I'm very much a live and let live kind of guy. I only get pissed when the homosexual lobby attempts to do and end run around the parents when they pull their stunts in public schools like the nondisclosure agreement incident that was posted here yesterday.

I didn't know Neal was a creationist.

Evolution predicts that a homosexual gene would not last into very many generations.

You are absolutely right about that. Apparently, Neal didn't think through on that statement. You should send him an email...

Boortz is some minor liberaltarian talk-show host...

I don't consider him minor. I put him up there with Limbaugh, Prager, Medved, Elder, and Hewitt.

LOL, I was kidding about NPR. I was just using that as an example of how shoddy Boortz's show is!

Yup. He was among the conservative talk show hosts invited to meet with the President last year. That definitely puts him a notch or two above the minor leagues in my book.

His comments about the Terri Schiavo case and about those who supported her and the Schindler family were quite loathesome. I haven't listened to him since, and in any event, I enjoy Bill Bennett and Laura Ingraham in the morning far more.

I think that homosexual sex is normal ... for homosexuals ...

So it's the sperm, eggs, womb, etc...that are abnormal for the homosexual? Clearly children are abnormal for the homosexual. At least admit that.

It's obvious Neals not a Christian, otherwise, this issue would be clear to him. Non-beleivers can't get it, because their minds and hearts are hardend and closed to the Truth.

Morality defined by what feels normal...or what's genetic? Impressive logic. And resorting to the bigot label makes his argument even shoddier.

I bought his book as a possible means to jump-start my knowledge of Boortz and his positions (initially my interest was sparked by the Fair Tax).

Unfortunately, the book was a pathetic load of self-aggrandizing tripe and I actually felt relief that I hadn't wasted any time attempting to listen to Boortz.

I don't like open borders and they call me a bigot. I don't like the Muslim culture of death and they call me a bigot. Now I have another SOB calling me a bigot. Okay, so I guess I will have to be a bigot.
