A man with explosives hidden on his body blew himself up in an Internet cafe after the owners prevented him from looking at terror Web sitesHmm. Curious about how that whole exchange. How did the owner notice what they were perusing? Did he confront them physically?

One of the continuing grave weaknesses of combatting terrorism in just about every country concerned is the absurdly weak legal/judicial response to the scumbags when they are caught. This guy should have been in jail for a minimum of 30 years just for any "links" to terror groups..... instead he gets a minimal sentence, then gets a "pardon"..... then is out on the streets to blow up this cafe. We can't catch all of these scumbags fast enough, but surely the ones we do catch can be kept locked away (I'd execute them all, but the weasels of the world won't allow it).
