Poland launches fertility drive

The Polish government has announced that it plans to spend up to $6bn (£3.1bn) over the next seven years to support families.

According to figures released this week, Poland has the lowest fertility rate in the European Union.

Some estimates suggest there will be four million fewer Poles by the year 2030, if the current trend of falling birthrates continues.

Poland is perhaps the most Catholic country in Europe.

More than a half of the people here go to church every Sunday and 70% say family and children are the most important things in life.

Incentives

But the profound changes in Polish society after the fall of Communism have caused family-oriented Poles to have fewer babies.

Announcing the pro-family programme, deputy labour minister Joanna Kluzik Rostkowska said one of the main problems is that Polish women face discrimination in the workplace.

According to a World Bank survey, 62% of women here fear they will lose their jobs if they have children.

The minister announced plans to increase maternity leave, extend opening hours for kindergartens and introduce tax breaks for families with children.

She said France started its pro-family policy 15 years ago. It now has the highest fertility rate in the EU.

France will be the first major European nation to fall to the Muslim Horde.

I predict the Netherlands and Belgium will fall first. Then France.

Back when we could still tell ethnic jokes, someone told me about the Polish sex manual, and it seemed relevant since thy're trying to launch a fertility drive.

The Polish Sex Manual
In
Out
Repeat

"Poland is perhaps the most Catholic country in Europe."

"More than a half of the people here go to church every Sunday..."

I've heard that the Muslims haven't settled there.

France falls with just a little breeze from the wind. Everytime France has been invaded in the 20th century, their enemies, the Americans, come over and bail their pathetic ass out of a sinking boat. But, France is usually the first country to slam the US. In my humble opinion, I believe we (the US) should redeploy (lib word) every troop and every piece of equipment back to the states and become an isolationist country for 5 years. Most every country would most likely fail economically and become either communist or muslim. I realize something like this will never happen but it's just on my wish list at number 5. Number 1 is close the borders, north and south. Number 2, round up every illegal ilien in the country and encamp them like the democrats did to the Japanese during WWII. Number 3, restrict immigration for a certain amount of time to rescructure over failed immigration plan and rules. Number 4, blow North Korea, Syria, Russia and Iran leaders away. It's the leaders that are screwing up those countries, not the citizens. But like I said, it will NEVER happen. But someone sure can hope.

Because they haven't allowed them in and don't provide the welfare and free everything the western european countries do. Muslims seek out weakness to exploit and play the victim card. Its why western europe that has grown soft and corrupt by having someone else (US) provide all their military protection since WW2 has been such an easy target for the muslims. They know the Poles don't buy their crap so they are going to hit the easy targets first. But you know the EU is going to push open borders immigration on them.

I don't think you can ascribe France's fertility rate solely to Muslim fertility.

They have a 1.94 average. The US is only at 2.1. Muslims make up 7% of their population. You can't float a rate that much with 7% of the population when the average in Europe is under 1.5 children per woman.

The birth numbers of Western Europe are pumped up by Muslim high birth rates from their high immigrant populations.

Poland is doing this the right way.

They don't buy it now. They didn't buy it back then http://www.historyofjihad.org/poland.html and maybe the Muslims Remember the time they tried to get one over on Poland and won't bother trying again any time soon.

I go to Poland once or twice a year. They had a baby boom back in the 1980's. No one is quite sure why (tho' some attribute it to hope brought about by having a Polish Pope.) The result is that today you see more young people on the streets than in just about any other country in Europe. I hope these young people will now have the incentive to reproduce themselves, because they are an attractive, patriotic, and forward looking generation.

Only 3% to 5% of England is muslim right now. England has become the base of muslim extremism in Europe due to its open suicidal human rights policies on refugees. Its allowed the worst of the worst across the middle east to come and live there. People so vile, they are kicked out countries like Pakistan and Egpyt, but England welcomes them with open arms, showers them with welfare and subsidized housing, and lets them start up islamic schools and build mosques.

But the muslim populations in Netherlands and Belgium percentage wise is much larger and will be the first to fall.

8-10% I believe is the magic number.

The good news is that once it is over 40% things get somewhat peaceful. /sarc

Do you have any statistics of European countries to share?
