NEW DELHI (Reuters) - A fire on a cross-border train between India and Pakistan that is feared to have killed 60 people was suspected to be an act of sabotage, a senior Indian railway official said on Monday.
The coaches of the Samjhauta Express train -- which connects New Delhi to the northern Pakistani city of Lahore -- caught fire near Panipat town, about 50 miles (80 kilometers) north of the Indian capital, around midnight on Sunday (1830 GMT).
"It appears to be a case of sabotage. we have found two suitcases, there were IEDs in them," B.N. Mathur, a top railway official, told reporters referring to improvised explosive devices.
I wonder why these haven't surfaced here...yet. I suppose the random shootings, sniping, backpack bombs and boxcutter throat slashings are the easiest tools for now. Unfortunately, the FBI and assorted other alphabet cops aren't giving the muzzies the attention they want for these acts of Allah's tender mercies. I can only suspect that this kind of mass killing is coming soon.
The people who did this are evil.
It isn't sabotage. It's Muslim terrorism.
