Q: Are the popping party favors and cans of Silly Strings good items to ship to troops, or do they have their own sources and/or would shipment be a problem?

But it's just intuitively a great idea. Genius.

It's almost too cool to be true, though. How many spaces are really rigged with trip wires over there? Is it a common technique of the bad guys?

This has been known long enough that I'd think the DoD would be shipping cases of the stuff over there by now, assuming there's such a great need.

Dang it; they hanged Saddam before he got to recount buying up as many Playstations as possible to get his air defenses up. I don't know if that story's true or not, but it certainly justifies guarding our technological edge.
