How I would love to see a moderator ask Obama this question. Preceded by the question "Senator Obama, are you a racist?" If Obama were a Republican, the Liberals progressives would be jumping all over him, asking,
"Senator Obama, why did you prefer to keep millions of Iraqi Shi'ites crushed under the heel of Saddam Hussein?

Missed it. I was more interested in watching some critters kill each other on Discovery HD.

Is Obama announcing he's running for president or announcing he fathered Anna Nicole Smith's baby? I'm so confused...

Barack to Hillary:

a full member of Chuck Schumer's Masonic lodge"
"But, honestly, isn't this better, anyway?"

"Little Dick Durbin is kicking off the show. Comparing Obama to Honest Abe."
Oh, was Honest Abe the offspring of a black Muslim Daddy and a white Mommy? You mean my teachers failed to tell me that?

You are absolutely correct. He's playing the JFK model, beautiful wife, two lovely children and playing up the Lincoln connection because he's a Senator from Illinois. No one knows anything about him. We have no idea what he's done to make a living....but he will be our next President. The Media has already made up its mind for us. And we will merrily go down the trail MSM has decided for us.

Not necessarily. I've seen data that suggests that, surprisingly, women would be more apt to vote for a black man than a woman. Weird, but it makes sense somehow,You are thinking generically. If I had my choice, I would rather face Obama than Hillary. He has many more weaknesses. And he has yet to undergo the kind of scrutiny that a Presidential campaign would subject him to. He is a dead man walking.

I have been watching State of Black America on C-SPAN. Obama is not that popular there. In fact, they questioned the announcement of his candidacy in Springfield and his association with Lincoln whom they consider to be a racist. Tavis reminded the group that we have both Hillary and Obama in the race. He also passed on Obama's excuse why he couldn't attend the meeting. The audience was not too happy with it.

Very interesting comments kabar. I'm not too sure the Lincoln/Springfield show was aimed at the African-American audience. I think his aim was the Soccer Mom audience, but that is just a guess on my part. I cannot imagine Chicago voters not voting for Obama come elections. I am sure I am way off base. Thank you for your very interesting comments. FYI, the president of my company is strongly in Obama's camp and she has let us know that.

Well, now, that's an odd considering Lincoln was completely committed to fighting a war that was unpopular for more than four years...while Obama wants to cut and run and surrender to just about anyone he can find to wave the white flag at. Very good point!
