Eowyn is not a bad princess, either.
For a mortal, at least.

Marcus Tullius Cicero Quote
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within.
An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly.
But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through
all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor;
he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments,
he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation,
he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body
politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear."

I caught the opening in my car as I neared my casa. I was going to post before the show started and ask how soon it would take before he mentioned Anna Nicole Smith.
Well, in his opening he made a reference to 'drug addict' or something like that. It took him only a couple of seconds! ;-)

Hey, Tarkus. Big news out of Pendleton today. I know Savage was a friend to the Pendleton 8 when they needed it. I'm in and out of FR this evening. Would you mind pinging me if he covers it? Many thanks!

Eowyn is not a bad princess, either. Eowyn confronts a ringwraith. What he didn't know is that a hobbit had her back. LOL!

I really hope he stops reading books and gets into something important.

I'm almost tempted to make a weiner joke. But then I saw where Savage is in the poles, and I said, why bother?.

How many of us have had difficult times, wondering if it was all worth it? As brilliant a deconstructionist Savage is, there are some areas even he is unqualified to go.
