"3. NFL.com - Brett Farve at the end was a great touch. "

I thought that was a huge slam on Favre. Hey Brett, $*%# OR GET OFF THE POT!

I'm glad I asked! Agreed 100% But nothing to talk about over the water cooler

Man, we don't even HAVE a water cooler here. Maybe it's time I call career builder.

Hey, there were some whites on the field, too. Two white quarterbacks and Brian Urlacher. And Billy Joel, doing his best to make the National Anthem sound like Big Shot.

Did I just call Rex Grossman a quarterback? Excuse me while I go wash my mouth out with soap.

It wasn't a slam, it was just the truth. The commercial is just recognizing a regular topic of the NFL talk shows and that's what I found funny.

Actually, as I've already stated, I'm glad it's not the circus it usually is. Last year wasn't so "hot", either. In many ways I'm glad. I get tired of all the pathetic wanna-bes at Super Bowl time. Now that it's toned down (notice all the completely dull ho-hum everyday commercials obviously not meant for "zany" SB time?), we don't have to deal with all the pathetic try-so-hard losers as most years from some 15-20 years back have been.

Not knowing (or caring) who Kevin Federline is explains why that commercial made no sense to me.

I wouldn't have known either except I have teenage daughter plus he's the butt of numerous late night talk show jokes.
