He did not halt....when told to. Let's keep an eye on the facts.....border patrol agents understand what they are up against here in Texas. This scumbag is a drug smuggler and we all know it.....when will we all get serious about border control?

Sutton made it sound like the drug dealer was a kid and his mommie or mommie-in-law was the one made the complaint because here widdle angel got shot in the butt.
That pictures just doesn't ring true.
We'll see whether Sutton mentions that the perp got 2 different immunities for transporting large quantities of drugs.
I live in a border state too. I sympathize. I pinged several Southern Californians to this thread.
Sutton said that the drug dealer had to be let off because he couldn't be identified, yet he says that he was close enough that the agents tried to hit him with the butt of a shotgun. Sutton's story doesn't make sense!
He made it clear that the dealer is a scumbag.
I agree that Sutton makes no sense. Scary that someone like him is in such a powerful position.
I bet, due to the publicity, Nifong Sutton is worried about another butt ---- his own.
