Can anyone help me out? There has to be more to this than is being presented, but facts seem scarce on the ground. I'd hate to think this was true, but I suppose it's not inconceivable. Important if true, since it seems to show heavy pressures being brought to bear to keep Lindh from using his right to counsel -- a violation of 18 USC 241 and a federal felony.

This may be a case where having a Democrat-controlled Congress will do some good, if they're willing to look into it. Maybe it's just the Left spouting off but it does need to be looked into.
