Important if true, since it seems to show heavy pressures being brought to bear to keep Lindh from using his right to counsel -- a violation of 18 USC 241 and a federal felony.

This may be a case where having a Democrat-controlled Congress will do some good, if they're willing to look into it. Maybe it's just the Left spouting off but it does need to be looked into.

I've never heard of this person before but it is not unlawful to question anyone just because he/she has an attorney. This person is just trying to grandstand and make a name for herself.

Seems like much ado about nothing.
